River Ganges from the Gangotri glacier to Ganga Sagar is one of the most holy rivers in India. Starting from Gangotri Glacier to Rishikesh it makes its way throughout the mountainous route. A number of white water rapids, creates wonderful opportunities for rafting which is rare in India. At Gangotri it is known as Bhagirathi but from Devprayag it is known as River Ganges when it merges with Alaknanda River. The River Ganges is like a part of Indian culture and civilization. On her way to Rishikesh, the Ganges River offers fun-filled river rapids. From grade 1 to grade 5 this area has all kind of rapids for perfect adventure. River rafting is a adventure for not only adults but it is also safe for children as well. To enjoy rafting you don't need to learn swimming. Rafting can be enjoyed by people of all age groups. High quality equipments and expert guide and instructors will ensure your complete safety. During the Rafting people can enjoy magnificent views of the Shiwalik hills and the Ganges. Brahmpuri, Shivpuri, Marine Drive, Byasi, Kaudiyala are the places where you can start your rafting to Rishikesh.

Day 01: Arrive Camp:
On arrive at Rishikesh. Our representative will receive and welcome your at our Rishikesh Office and transfer you to camp. After having lunch at campsite, our guide gives you brief introduction about river rafting in rishikesh. After that you can play volleyball and other beach games .
Later in the evening enjoy bonfire and dinner .Dinner timing : 9 Pm to 10 Pm. Overnight stay at camps.

Day 02: River Rafting and Depart:
Early Morning guide will give you wakeup call . After breakfast you will transfer for rafting stretch. Guide will give you instruction about Rafting. After wearing safety equipments like life jacket, helmet start, Shivpuri to Muni ke Reti 16 kms rafting. After Rishikesh arrival changes your cloths and return back to your destinations.

By Air:

The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport (Airport Code: DED) in Dehradun, located just 21 km northwest of Rishikesh. Jolly Grant Airport connects Rishikesh with daily non-stop flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Lucknow. Pre-paid airport taxi counters, app cabs, and shared transport are stationed at the arrival terminal, reaching Rishikesh in just 30 to 40 minutes via the 4-lane Dehradun-Rishikesh Highway (NH-7).

By Train:

Rishikesh has dedicated rail connectivity with two main railway terminals:

• Yog Nagari Rishikesh Railway Station (Station Code: YNRK): A modern multi-platform railway terminal connecting long-distance express trains directly from Delhi, Jammu, Prayagraj, Udaipur, and Ahmedabad.
• Haridwar Junction (Station Code: HW - 25 km away): The primary railway hub connecting frequent premium trains including the Vande Bharat Express (Train 22457/22458), Dehradun Shatabdi Express, and Jan Shatabdi Express from New Delhi in under 4.5 hours. 1. Triveni Ghat & The Maha Ganga Aarti

Triveni Ghat is the largest and most sacred bathing ghat in Rishikesh, situated at the holy confluence of the three mythical rivers — the Ganga, Yamuna, and subterranean Saraswati. Pilgrims take holy dips here at dawn to cleanse spiritual impurities. At dusk, the ghat transforms during the grand Maha Ganga Aarti, where Vedic priests chant sacred mantras, blow conch shells, and swing multi-tiered brass flame lamps as thousands of devotees float floral leaf diyas across the shimmering river.

2. Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula & Janki Jhula

These historic iron suspension bridges are architectural icons of Rishikesh spanning the emerald waters of the Ganges. Ram Jhula (built in 1986) connects Sivananda Ashram in Muni Ki Reti to the bustling temple complex of Swarg Ashram. Upstream, the legendary Laxman Jhula (450 ft long) marks the spot where Lord Laxmana crossed the river on a jute rope. 3. The Beatles Ashram (Chaurasi Kutia)

Set inside the tranquil forested buffer of Rajaji National Park, the Chaurasi Kutia ashram gained worldwide fame when the British rock group The Beatles visited in February 1968 to study meditation under Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Now managed as an eco-tourism heritage site by the Uttarakhand Forest Department, visitors can walk among the 84 stone meditation igloos, explore the Beatles Cathedral covered in vibrant pop-art murals, and visit the photo gallery preserving historic memorabilia.

4. Parmarth Niketan & Swarg Ashram

Parmarth Niketan is the largest spiritual yoga ashram in Rishikesh, home to over 1,000 residential rooms and lush green gardens. Perched on a mountain peak at an altitude of 1,330 meters (4,360 ft), 32 km from Rishikesh, Neelkanth Mahadev Temple is one of the most sacred Shiva pilgrimage shrines in India. According to Hindu mythology, this is the exact spot where Lord Shiva consumed the deadly Halahala poison churned from the cosmic ocean (Samudra Manthan), turning his throat blue (Neelkanth). Surrounded by dense valleys of Manikoot, Brahmkoot, and Vishnukoot, the temple features vibrant sculptures of the churning ocean.

7. Neer Garh & Patna Waterfalls

Hidden within the dense deciduous forests along the Badrinath Highway, Neer Garh Waterfall is a stunning multi-tiered natural cascade.
