Shantikunj is the world renowned spiritual academy and global headquarters of the All World Gayatri Pariwar (AWGP) located along the banks of River Ganga in Haridwar. Founded in 1971 by visionary saint scholar Pandit Shriram Sharma Acharya and Mata Bhagwati Devi Sharma, this peaceful ashram is devoted to moral regeneration and scientific spirituality in Uttarakhand.

The spiritual nucleus of Shantikunj is the Gayatri Mata Temple and the perpetual Akhand Deep (eternal flame) kept ignited since 1926 by Acharyashri. Every morning, thousands of visitors and volunteers participate in collective Gayatri Yagya (sacrificial fire rituals) inside the spacious Yagyashala.
The expansive green ashram campus houses Brahmavarchas Shodh Sansthan (a modern scientific research laboratory exploring Ayurveda and mantra therapy), Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, a rare Himalayan herb exhibition garden, and free charitable residential training centers.
Shantikunj provides free simple vegetarian meals and modest dharamshala accommodation for registered spiritual trainees. Daily spiritual discourses, meditation sessions, and self discipline workshops are conducted regularly.
Visiting Hours: 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily
Entry Fee: Free entry (Accommodations and yagyas conducted on voluntary donation basis)
