Mansa Devi Temple is a highly revered Hindu shrine sitting high on the Bilwa Parvat hill on the Shivalik range in Haridwar. Dedicated to Goddess Mansa, believed to have emerged from the mind (Manas) of sage Kashyapa, this temple is one of the revered Siddh Peethas in Uttarakhand.

Devotees believe that Goddess Mansa fulfills the heartfelt wishes of anyone who prays with genuine faith. Pilgrims traditionally tie a sacred colored thread around the branches of a holy tree on temple grounds; upon wish fulfillment, they return to untie the thread.
The temple complex houses two main deity statues: one with three mouths and five arms, and another depicted with eight arms seated gracefully upon a lion. From the hilltop terrace, visitors get striking aerial panoramas over the meandering Ganga river canal and Haridwar town.
Pilgrims can ascend via a scenic cable car (Udan Khatola) or hike up a 1.5 kilometer stepped stone footpath. Combo ropeway tickets covering both Mansa Devi and Chandi Devi are widely available.
Visiting Hours: 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily (Ropeway runs 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
Ropeway Ticket: Rs 140 round trip (Rs 360 for Mansa Devi + Chandi Devi combo)
