The valley of Kashmir is known all over the world for its beauty and charm. The Kashmir valley is situated about 300 km. from Jammu across forested ravines and steep mountain passes. The emerald valley of Kashmir is cradled in the Himalayas, under the crystal blue skies, against the background of snow-capped mountains. It is a magic land of silvery streams, rivers, fresh water lakes, pine, deodar and chinar forests, snow clad mountains, sparkling waterfalls, shikaras, green meadows and grassy slopes full of flowers of vibrant colours. It is an oval plateau over 5000 feet high and framed by three Himalayan ranges ? the Karakoram, Zanskar and Pir Panjal. Kashmir covers an area of 222,236 square kms and is often referred as the 'Switzerland of the East'. It is the land of bewitching beauty with exotic fruits, flora and flowers. Srinagar, the capital of Kasmir is nestled amidst the huge lakes, meadows and unique floating gardens in the valley. The state of Kashmir is mainly dominated by the Muslims and Kashmiris. Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru also said about Kashmir that is there is a paradise on the earth, it is this, it is this. Kashmiri, Dogri and Urdu are the main languages which are spoken here. The best time to visit Kashmir is during summers.

 01st: - Jammu Airport arrival/Railway – Srinagar Sightseeing 300kms
Pick up from Jammu  Airport/Railway and Transfer to the Hotel and later you can enjoy the Srinagar sightseeing Nishat bagh ( Garden of pleasure ),Shalimar bagh(Garden of Love ) ,Cheshmashahi bagh(Royal Spring Garden ) ,Pari Mahal l( Palace of Fairies ) and the famous shankaracharya temple (the Hill Known as the Takht-i-Sulaiman )  .overnight will be at hotel in Srinagar ..

02nd: - Srinagar – Sonmarg (86Kms) ( Meadow of Gold ) 
Day trip to Sonmarg .Sonmarg is also known as the Meadow of Gold’’where you can enjoy the pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year and you can also visit the ice land valley Which is surrounded by the Sindh River valley .overnight will be at hotel in Srinagar.

03rd: - Srinagar – Pahalgam ( 96 Kms 3 Hrs ) ( Valley of Shepherds ) 
Drive from Srinagar to Pahalgam on the way you can visit the Saffron fields and Awanti pora ruins and Pahalgam is also known as Valley of Shepherds. Overnight will be at Hotel in Pahalgam. 

04th: - Pahalgam Day at leisure 
Pahalgam day at leisure you can enjoy the pony ride to Aru: - Aru is a charming meadow that can be reached by walking along a mountain path. The Lidder River disappears at Gur Khumb and reappears after 27 mts.
Chandanwari: - Chandanwari is located about 16 Kms from Pahalgam. It is famous for its snow bridge. This is the starting point of the Amarnath Yatra, which takes place every year during July-August. The road from Pahalgam to Chandanwari is on fairly flat terrain. From Chandanwari onwards the track becomes much steeper, and is accessible on foot or by pony.
Baisaran: - Baisaran is one of the most beautiful places in Pahalgam. Baisaran is situated about 5 Kms. From Pahalgam. The huge, undulating meadow of Baisaran is surrounded by thickly wooded forests of pine which presents a picturesque view of the snow-clad mountains. Overnight will be at Hotel in Pahalgam 
 
Note: - In the Pahalgam our car Will not be able to take you all these places coz of the taxi union in the Pahalgam, they do not allow Cars from out side to go all these places, so you will have to hire the ponies …………..

05th: - Pahalgam – Gulmarg (165Kms) 
Drive from Pahalgam to Gulmarg. Gulmarg is one of the beautiful place that can be visited in Kashmir valley. Gulmarg literally means the meadow of flowers. Originally, Gulmarg was called Gaurimarg, named after Shiva’s coasts. Gulmarg's legendary beauty, prime location and proximity to Srinagar make it one of the premier hill resorts in the country. Gulmarg, the hill resort is located only 52 km. to the south west of Srinagar in the Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir. Gulmarg is situated at an altitude of 2730 meters above sea level and has a gently sloping topography. You can also enjoy the gondola cable car ride in the Gulmarg ,there are two phases of the Gondola ,the Khilanmarg Mountains and the second one is Affarwat Mountains ,you can also visit the Shiva  temple and Saint Marry Church and the Golf Club ….overnight will be at hotel in Gulmarg .

06th: - Gulmarg – Srinagar (56Kms) 
Drive from Gulmarg to Srinagar and transfer to Houseboat and later you can enjoy the Shikara ride over the dal lake .overnight will be at Houseboat in Srinagar.

07th: - Jammu Airport/Railway Drop.

1. Bahu Fort & Bawe Wali Mata Kali Temple (Tawi River Overlook)

Built originally over 3,000 years ago by Raja Bahulochan and rebuilt by Dogra rulers in the 19th century, Bahu Fort stands atop a rocky cliff 325 meters above the Tawi River. Inside the sandstone fort lies the revered temple of Bawe Wali Mata (Goddess Mahakali), the presiding deity of Jammu, where thousands of devotees gather every Tuesday and Sunday for blessings.

2. Raghunath Temple Complex & Golden Sanctum (Largest Rama Temple - 1860)

Commissioned in 1835 by Maharaja Gulab Singh and completed in 1860 by Maharaja Ranbir Singh, the Raghunath Temple is one of the largest temple complexes in Northern India. Dedicated to Lord Rama, its central sanctum walls are covered in sheets of pure gold leaf. The complex houses seven separate shrines and over 1.25 lakh sacred *saligrams* brought from the Gandaki River.

3. Amar Mahal Palace Museum & 120 kg Pure Gold Dogra Throne (1890)

Designed in 1890 by a French architect for Raja Amar Singh, this European style red sandstone palace resembles a 14th-century French chateau with sloping roofs, tall turrets, and arched verandas overlooking the Tawi River. Converted into a museum and art gallery, it houses a 120 kg pure gold throne, royal family portraits, a 25,000-book library, and famous Kangra style Pahari miniature paintings illustrating the Mahabharata.

4. Mubarak Mandi Palace Complex & Dogra Art Museum (1824)

Serving as the royal seat of the Dogra dynasty until 1925, Mubarak Mandi is a grand royal palace complex perched on a hill overlooking the old town. The complex blends Rajasthani, Mughal, and European Baroque architecture, housing the *Sheesh Mahal (Palace of Mirrors)* and the *Dogra Art Museum*, home to over 800 rare miniature paintings, medieval armory, and gold bordered manuscripts.

5. Bagh-e-Bahu Terraced Mughal Gardens & Tawi River Cable Car Ropeway

Surrounding the historic Bahu Fort, Bagh-e-Bahu is a terraced Mughal style garden with lush lawns, flowerbeds, ornamental fountains, and an underground marine aquarium. A modern passenger cable car ropeway connects Bagh-e-Bahu across the Tawi River to Mahamaya Temple forest ridge.

6. Ranbireshwar Temple & 8-Foot Black Stone Shiva Lingam (1883)

Built in 1883 by Maharaja Ranbir Singh, this is one of North India's largest Shiva temples, housing a towering 8-foot-high monolithic black stone *Shiva Lingam* and galleries lined with over 1.25 lakh small natural *Narmadeshwar* crystal lingams.

7. Peer Kho Cave Temple & Ancient Jamwant Meditation Cavern (Tawi Banks)

Nestled inside an ancient natural limestone cave along the Circular Road on the Tawi River banks, this revered temple is believed to be the subterranean meditation cave of Jamwant (the bear king from the Ramayana).

8. Mansar Lake & Sacred Sheshnag Wildlife Sanctuary (62 km)

A serene natural lake 62 km east of Jammu ringed by pine forests and ancient temples dedicated to Sheshnag (the serpent deity), popular for boating and turtle feeding.

9. Surinsar Lake & Serene Lotus Water Garden (42 km)
