St. Theresa's Church (1736): One of the oldest Catholic shrines in Malabar, this church is dedicated to St. Teresa of Avila, revered by people of all religions for answering prayers and healing ailments.

Annual Mahe Fete (October 5 to 22): Drawing over one hundred thousand pilgrims, the annual feast culminates in the grand ceremonial procession of St. Theresa through flower decked French avenues.

Mayyazhi River Walkway, Tagore Park & French Lighthouse

The Mayyazhi Walkway: A beautifully paved 2 kilometer riverside promenade featuring cast iron lamp posts, garden pavilions, and scenic spots where the river meets the sea.
