Trikuta Parvat

Just 5 miles from Deoghar enroute to Dumka, Trikuta Parvat is situated at a height of 2470 ft above sea level. It got its name from the three mountains on the hill. According to the legends, Sage Bam Bam Baba would come here for meditation. The pilgrims pay a visit to this place to gather wood apple leaves. One can scout the garden of Shiva where many foliage of wood apple are found. In addition to this, there is a striking shrine dubbed the Trikutachal Mahadev temple which is dedicated to Lord Shiva.
