Dharamshala and Dalhousie are famous hill station in Himachal Pradesh, India. Day 01: New Delhi – Shimla 
Arrive Delhi airport / railway station and drive to Shimla (350 Kms. / 08 hrs) the former summer capital of British India, set amidst the snow capped Shivalik Mountains which offers some of the most stunning views of the mighty Himalayas. Enroute visit Pinjore Gardens or Ropeway at Timber Trail, Parwanoo. Arrive and check into the hotel. Evening free to stroll on The Mall and the famous Ridge. Ridge is famous for its stunning vistas of the valley and the Christ Church which is the most photographed landmark of Shimla. Dinner & Overnight in the Hotel.

Day 2:  Shimla
After Breakfast Excursion to Kufri. Kufri is famous for its Himalayan National Park, Poney and Yak Ride and One can see the endless Himalayan Panorama from Kufri, after sightseeing of various places in and around. Shimla mosques built in(1830), Vice regal Lodge built in (1885), Christ Church built in (1844), The Gaiety Theatre- the first beauty contest of world was supposed to start (1887), The Grindlays Bank (1912)- the world wide bank started by Robert Melville Grindlay, The Scandal Point and The famous Shopping Plaza of the North The Mall. Day 3: Shimla to Manali (265 Kms. / 08 Hrs.)
After Breakfast Transfer from Shimla to Manali by surface Enroute visit Kullu valley, Beas River, Dashehra maidan etc. Arrive and transfer to hotel Manali. Evening free for rest. Dinner & Overnight in the Hotel Manali.

Day 4: Manali (Local Sightseeing)
Morning proceed to Visit the 450 years old Hidimbadevi Temple, the oldest temple in Manali, Tibetean center & monastery, Vasisth village, known for its hot Sulpher springs Roerich art Gallery. Bahist Temple, Solang Valley which offers a spectacular view of glaciers and snow capped peaks..at an altitude of 3978 meters. Also visit Kothi, Rahala Water falls on the way. (Subject to weather conditions and road being open). Rest of the day is at leisure or takes a stroll down the Mall road. Dinner & Overnight in the Hotel Manali.

Day 5 : Rohtang Pass (100 Kms. Round Tour)
Early morning visit A place not to be missed - Rohtang Pass, (51Kms. / 3Hrs.) from Manali at an altitude of 3978 meters. Also visit Kothi, Rahala Water falls on the way.(subject to weather conditions and road being open). Rest of the day is at leisure or takes a stroll down the Mall road. Night stay in Manali. (Visit to Rohtang Pass not included in the cost. subject to weather conditions and road being open).(As per Himachal Goverment Rouling outsiders not go to do the Rohtang Pass & Guest Have to Take Car from union on Direct Payment Basis. )

Day 6:  Manali to Dharmshala (280 Kms. / 10 Hrs.)
A distance of 260 kilometer on the way stopping at Baijnath known for its Shiva Temple and further at Palampur famous For Tea Garden. Dharamhsala is a hill-station lying on the spur of the Dhauladhar Mountains about 18 kms north-east of Kangra, It is known for its scenic beauty set amidst high pine and oak trees. Since 1960, when it became the temporary headquarters of His Holiness The Dalai Lama, Dharamshala has risen to international repute as “The Little Lhasa in India”. Dinner & Overnight in the Hotel Dharamshala.

Day 7:  Dharmshala to Dalhousie (145 Kms. / 05 Hrs.)
After Breakfast drive from Dharamshala towards Dalhousie after doing the local sightseeing of Places which includes, His holiness Dalai lama residence at Mc Leodgunj, War memorial, Bhagsunath temple and Dal Lake. Reach Dalhousie in the evening. Dinner & Overnight in the Hotel Dalhousie.

Day 8: Dalhousie - Khajjiar
Dalhousie has been named after the British Governor – General of the l9th century, Lord Dalhousie. Surrounded by varied vegetation – pines, dodders, oaks and flowering rhododendron.  Local sightseeing of Dalhousie includes visit to Panjipula, Subhash Baoli and excursion to Khajjiar 24 Kms. from Dalhousie surrounded by thick Deodar forest. Drive from Dalhousie to Khajjiar is awesome. Dinner & Overnight in the Hotel.

Day 9: Dalhousie – Katra (245 Kms. / 05 Hrs.)
After Breakfast Transfer from Dalhousie to Katra by Surface. On arrival check in to your pre booked hotel. Dinner & Overnight in Katra Hotel.

Day 10: Katra
Early morning after breakfast start your journey to Vaishno Devi Darshan. Late Evening come back to hotel. Dinner & Overnight in the Hotel.

Day 11: Katra Depart
Morning after breakfast visit the local maket and then on time check out from hotel and proceed towards Airport/ Railway Station to board your flight back to home.

By Air:

The nearest airport is Kangra Airport at Gaggal (Airport Code: DHM), situated just 14 km south of Dharamshala (around 30 minutes drive) and 28 km from McLeod Ganj. Daily scheduled flights operate from New Delhi (Indira Gandhi International Airport - DEL) and Chandigarh. Private taxis and prepaid cabs are available right outside the airport terminal.

By Train:

The principal broad-gauge railhead is Pathankot Railway Station / Pathankot Cantt (Station Code: PTK / PTKC), located 85 km southwest of Dharamshala (approximately 2.5 to 3 hours drive). Prominent superfast trains connecting Pathankot include:

• New Delhi – Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Vande Bharat Express (Train 22439/22440): Stopping at Pathankot Cantt in just 5 hours from Delhi.
• Jammu Mail, Dhauladhar Express & Uttar Sampark Kranti: Daily direct services from Old Delhi Junction (DLI) and New Delhi.
• Kangra Valley Toy Train: A picturesque heritage narrow-gauge railway operates between Pathankot and Kangra railway station (18 km from Dharamshala).

By Road:

Dharamshala is smoothly connected with Delhi NCR, Punjab, and Chandigarh via well-maintained national highways:

• From Delhi NCR (~475 km / 8.5 to 9 hours): Drive via NH-44 through Panipat, Karnal, Ambala, Chandigarh, Rupnagar, Anandpur Sahib, Nangal, Una, Amb, Kangra, and Dharamshala along NH-503.
• From Chandigarh (~240 km / 5 to 5.5 hours): A smooth highway drive via Kiratpur, Una, and Kangra.
• State & Private Luxury Buses: HRTC and private operators run round-the-clock Volvo AC and semi-sleeper buses from ISBT Kashmiri Gate, New Delhi, and Sector 43 ISBT, Chandigarh, directly to McLeod Ganj Bus Stand.

1. HPCA International Cricket Stadium (Scenic Dhauladhar Snow Wall Backdrop)

2. Tsuglagkhang Complex & Namgyal Monastery (Dalai Lama Temple)

The spiritual epicentre of Tibetan Buddhism in exile, the Tsuglagkhang Complex in McLeod Ganj houses the official residence of the 14th Dalai Lama, the sacred Namgyal Monastery, and the Tibet Museum. Pilgrims and travelers can perform the sacred Kora walking meditation along the prayer-wheel-lined forest path, view magnificent gilded statues of Gautama Buddha and Avalokiteshvara, and witness monastic debates in the central courtyard.

3. Triund Alpine Ridge Trek & Dhauladhar Snow Wall (2,828 m — 9 km Hike)

Perched high on a grassy mountain crest at 2,828 meters (9,278 feet), Triund is one of Northern India's most famous and rewarding trekking trails. Starting from Galu Temple or Bhagsu, the 9 km trail climbs through dense rhododendron and deodar forests, opening onto an alpine meadow that sits directly beneath the sheer snow-clad granite spires of the Moon Peak and Indrahar Pass.

4. Bhagsu Waterfall & Ancient Bhagsunag Shiva Temple (McLeod Ganj)

Located 2 km east of McLeod Ganj, Bhagsunag is a revered freshwater pilgrimage site centered around an ancient stone temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and freshwater natural bathing pools. A short 1 km stone-paved trail past bohemian mountain cafes leads to the roaring 20-meter Bhagsu Waterfall cascading over dark slate rocks into a rocky mountain gorge.

5. St. John in the Wilderness Neo-Gothic Church (Est. 1852)

Hidden deep within a tranquil cedar and deodar forest between Forsyth Ganj and McLeod Ganj, St. John in the Wilderness is a historic 1852 neo-Gothic stone church. It features exquisite Belgian stained-glass windows and a historic graveyard housing the memorial of Lord Elgin, the Viceroy of India who died here in 1863.

6. Norbulingka Institute & Traditional Tibetan Arts Centre (Sidhpura)

Located 8 km south in Sidhpura, the Norbulingka Institute was founded to preserve authentic Tibetan artistic traditions. Modeled after the Dalai Lama's summer palace in Lhasa, the campus features Japanese-style water gardens, koi ponds, and active craft workshops where master artisans practice Thanka painting, woodcarving, silk appliqué, and metal statue sculpture.

7. Gyuto Tantric Monastery (Seat of the Karmapa — Sidhbari)

Perched on a scenic hill in Sidhbari, Gyuto Monastery is a world-renowned Tibetan tantric monastery celebrated for its deep harmonic chanting, philosophical studies, and magnificent golden Shakyamuni Buddha statue set against snow peaks.

8. Naddi Village Sunset Viewpoint & Kareri Dal Lake Trail

Situated at 2,000 meters above McLeod Ganj, Naddi Village offers the closest, most dramatic panoramic views of the Dhauladhar peaks and the sprawling Kangra Valley. Nearby lies the tranquil holy pond of Dal Lake, shaded by ancient deodars and hosting an annual Lord Shiva fair.

9. Kangra Fort & Masrur Monolithic Rock-Cut Temples (Day Trip)
