Hotel Rising Star established way back in 1967 is a pioneer hotel catering to the needs of budget tourists from all over the India and abroad. Presently it has 4 DBRs and 2 Family Suites with spacious wooden verandas in front. These rooms are in a stone and wood structure constructed in traditional hill design. The remaining rooms are in the adjacent block. The hotel offers panoramic view of snow capped hamta pass ranges and thick cedar woods. It is picturesquely located at the base of the ever green dungri forest, in which is sheltered the magnificent pagoda shaped Hadimba temple. The hotel is about 500 mts. from the bus stand and bustling mall. It is ideal for a peaceful and memorable stay. A recent addition to the accommodation is a swiss-chalet-style cottage with two elegantly furnished duplex units having 3 bedrooms, kitchen and spacious living area.
