Sanasar

Sanasar is a cup shaped alpine valley and high altitude lake resort situated twenty kilometers west of Patnitop in Ramban district. Named after two small local twin lakes, Sana and Sar, this scenic highland plateau sits at an elevation of 2,050 meters (6,725 feet) enclosed by dense coniferous forests of gigantic Himalayan cedar and blue pine trees. Often hailed as the aero sports capital of Jammu, Sanasar is widely acclaimed for its wide emerald meadows and thrilling outdoor adventures.
