Bundla Stream

Bundla Stream is a roaring glacial stream that cuts a deep dramatic canyon known as Bundla Chasm just 2 km from the tea town of Palampur. Flowing from the snowbound Dhauladhar range, it is one of the most refreshing natural attractions in Himachal Pradesh.

Bundla Chasm Gorge and Waterfall

The stream cascades down a massive 100 metre deep rocky gorge, creating a spectacular natural chasm with roaring white water. During the monsoon and autumn months, seasonal waterfalls tumble down the vertical granite walls into the foaming brook below, echoing across the deodar covered cliffs.

Tea Gardens and Riverside Walks

Truth is, the walk leading to Bundla stream winds past neatly manicured Kangra tea gardens and quiet pine woods. Families and travelers sit by the safe rocky shallows to dip their feet in the icy mountain waters while listening to singing birds and wind whistling through pine needles.
