About Radha Krishna Temple

Radha Krishna Temple is an elegant royal Hindu shrine commissioned in the early 20th century by the Maharaja of Tehri Garhwal, situated on a peaceful forested ridge within Narendra Nagar in Uttarakhand. Perched at an altitude of approximately 1,120 meters (3,675 feet), this tranquil temple complex was established as the primary family shrine for the royal court following the relocation of the princely capital from Old Tehri to Narendra Nagar in 1919.
