Shri Madhvacharya is revered as the third incarnation of Lord Vayu (the god of wind), following Lord Hanuman in the Treta Yuga and Bhima in the Dvapara Yuga.

Managed under the guidance of Kaniyoor Matha (one of the Ashta Mathas of Udupi), the ancestral residence preserves ancient household utensils, stone grinding mills, and historical relics associated with the Acharya's childhood.
