Coringa Wildlife Sanctuary is India's second-largest mangrove forest after the Sundarbans. Located where the Godavari River meets the Bay of Bengal, it features a 3.5 km elevated wooden canopy walkway through dense mangroves, boating tours, and habitats for endangered white-backed vultures, smooth-coated otters, and migratory birds.

How to Reach Coringa Wildlife Sanctuary

Situated 32 km northeast of Ramachandrapuram near Kakinada on the Yanam-Kakinada road. Easily reached via taxi or bus.

Best Time to Visit Coringa Wildlife Sanctuary

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily. Best visited from October to March for migratory birdwatching.
