Jurong is a county-level city under the administration of Zhenjiang, Jiangsu province, China. It is dubbed “Nanjing's New Eastern Suburb” and and is boasted as the “Backyard of Nanjing”, which describe its geographic closure to Nanjing, the capital of Jiangsu province. One of two tributes of Qinhuai River, a landmark of Nanjing, originates from the Mountain Baohua which is in Jurong. The other tribute originates from the Mountain Dongting , lying in the county neighbou, Lishui County. Jurong City is situated in the South Jiangsu Plain with three major bodies of water, Qinhuai River, Lake Taihu and Yangtze River. Besides of the big three, there are other 76 various sizes of lakes and reservoirs nestled on the city' land.
