Day 01: Jodhpur Arrival

Arrival at Jodhpur after check in at hotel later visit the Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone Hill, including Moti-Mahal and Phool Mahal. Also visit Jaswant Thada, an imposing Marble Memoriam built in 1899 and the museum located in the Umaid Public Gardens. 
Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Jodhpur – Mount Abu (275 km 7hrs)

After breakfast drive toward Mount Abu. On arrival at Mount Abu check in at hotel. Later evening enjoy local sightseeing covering Nakki Lake, Dilwara Temple, and Sunset Point.  Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03: Mount Abu – Udaipur (170 km 3hrs)

After breakfast drive towards Udaipur on arrival at Udaipur after check in enjoy a sightseeing tour of Udaipur. The city is built in 1559 A.D. by Maharaja Udai Singh and has been described as the romantic city of Rajasthan. Visit the City Palace museum, the Jagdish Temple, Sahelion Ki Bari (Queen’s resort for their friends), Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (folk art museum) and the Pratap Memorial. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Cruise through the placid waters of Lake Pichola at sunset. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04: Udaipur – Eklingji and Nagda Temples

After breakfast, excursion to Eklingji its neighbouring cities also have some very beautiful temples. And the Eklingji and Nagda temples are a must visit. We begin our tour with Eklingji. The town has in all about 70 temples including the famous Ekling ji Shiva temple. The original structure of the temple was built in 734 A.D. The temple has a beautiful rustic architecture with distinctly carved tower. The temple also has beautiful and heavy silver doors. On entering the main hall, you are greeted by a mesmerizing fragrance and a silver image of ‘Nandi’. There are two more Nandi’s in the temple; one made of black stone and the other of brass. Day 05: Udaipur Drop

Enjoy breakfast at hotel then local sightseeing of Udaipur. Evening drop you at Airport for your onward journey.

By Air:

The closest domestic airport is Maharana Pratap Airport in Udaipur (Airport Code: UDR - 175 km / 3.5 hours drive via NH-27), which operates daily flights to New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Jaipur. For international and comprehensive domestic connectivity, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport in Ahmedabad (Airport Code: AMD - 225 km / 4.5 hours drive via NH-27) serves as the primary hub with non stop flights to major global destinations and Indian metros. Taxis and app cabs operate directly from both airports up to Mount Abu.

By Train:

Abu Road Railway Station (Station Code: ABR) is the designated railhead situated 28 km down the ghat road (about 45 minutes scenic drive):

• Vande Bharat Express (Train 20979/20980): Semi high speed express connecting Jaipur, Ajmer, and Abu Road to Ahmedabad Sabarmati.
• Delhi-Ahmedabad Ashram Express & Rajdhani Express: Daily premier superfast trains connecting Old Delhi and New Delhi to Abu Road in 10 to 11 hours.
• Suryanagari Express & Ranakpur Express: Daily express trains connecting Mumbai Bandra Terminus (BDTS) and Jodhpur directly to Abu Road.
• Shared jeeps, taxis, and RSRTC mountain buses run continuously between Abu Road Railway Station and Mount Abu bus stand.

By Road:

Mount Abu is reached via the 4-lane National Highway 27 (NH-27 / East-West Corridor) and the well maintained Mount Abu Ghat Road:

• From Udaipur (~165 km / 3 hours): Smooth scenic highway drive via Pindwara on NH-27.
• From Ahmedabad (~225 km / 4.5 hours): 4-lane highway drive via Mehsana and Palanpur on Gujarat SH-41 and NH-27.
• From Jodhpur (~250 km / 4.5 hours): Highway drive via Pali and Sirohi on NH-62.
• From Jaipur (~495 km / 8 hours): Drive via Ajmer and Beawar on NH-48 and NH-27.
• State Buses: RSRTC and GSRTC operate daily Super Luxury Volvo AC and express sleeper buses to Mount Abu Central Bus Stand from Udaipur, Ahmedabad, Surat, and Jaipur.

1. Dilwara Jain Temples & Vimal Vasahi Intricate Marble Ceilings (11th to 13th Century)

Built between the 11th and 13th centuries by ministers Vimal Shah and the brothers Tejpal and Vastupal, the Dilwara Jain Temples are an unparalleled architectural masterpiece in pure white Makrana marble. The complex contains five distinct temples — *Vimal Vasahi*, *Luna Vasahi*, *Pittalhar*, *Parshvanatha*, and *Mahavir Swami* — renowned for hanging marble pendant lotuses, carved celestial nymphs, and translucent ceiling domes.

2. Nakki Lake & Sacred High-Altitude Boating Promenade (1,200m)

Situated in the heart of Mount Abu at an elevation of 1,200 meters, Nakki Lake is a scenic freshwater lake steeped in Hindu mythology, believed to have been carved out by the gods using their fingernails (*nakh*). Visitors enjoy pedal and motor boating, strolling along the pedestrian promenade, visiting the Mahatma Gandhi memorial cenotaph (*Gandhi Ghat*), and browsing evening handicraft bazaars.

3. Guru Shikhar Peak & Dattatreya Temple (Highest Aravalli Summit - 1,722m)

Rising to 1,722 meters (5,650 feet) above sea level 15 km north of Mount Abu, Guru Shikhar is the highest mountain summit in Rajasthan and the entire Aravalli Range. The rocky peak houses the cave temple of Guru Dattatreya (an incarnation of Lord Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva) alongside the Mount Abu Infrared Observatory, offering 360-degree panoramic views over surrounding valleys.

4. Toad Rock & Natural Granite Viewpoint Trail (Mascot of Mount Abu)

Perched on a high rocky cliff overlooking the southern bank of Nakki Lake, Toad Rock is a natural granite rock formation sculpted by wind erosion into the unmistakable shape of a giant toad about to leap into the lake. A short uphill stone staircase leads hikers to the rock crest for picturesque aerial views of Nakki Lake and the surrounding hills.

5. Achalgarh Fort & Achaleshwar Mahadev Sacred Shiva Temple (1452 CE)

Commissioned originally by the Paramara dynasty and rebuilt in 1452 CE by Maharana Kumbha of Mewar, Achalgarh Fort stands atop a mountain ridge 11 km north of Mount Abu. At the base lies the ancient *Achaleshwar Mahadev Temple*, unique for worshipping Lord Shiva's right toe (*Charan Paduka*) over a natural subterranean chasm, along with a massive four ton brass Nandi statue.

6. Sunset Point & Bailey's Walk Valley Panoramas

Located southwest of Nakki Lake, this popular viewpoint provides sweeping vistas of the setting sun casting golden and crimson hues across the Aravalli ridges and distant plains. The cobblestone *Bailey's Walk* trail connects Nakki Lake to Sunset Point through tranquil forested hills.

7. Trevor's Tank Crocodile & Eco-Tourism Sanctuary (Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary)

Constructed in 1897 by British engineer Col. G.H. Trevor for famine relief and wildlife breeding, this secluded forest reservoir is an eco tourism haven within Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary, popular for birdwatching, trekking, and spotting basking marsh crocodiles (*Muggers*).

8. Arbuda Devi Temple (Adhar Devi Cave Shrine - 365 Steps)

Dedicated to Goddess Durga, this cave shrine is reached by climbing 365 stone steps cut into a sheer rocky cliff, offering devotees panoramic vistas of the surrounding mountain forests.

9. Brahma Kumaris Peace Park & Spiritual Museum Retreat
