Located in the middle of Kerala’s backwaters on the banks of Vembanad Lake, Club Mahindra Kumarakom resort is like a little bit of paradise. Vembanad is in the Kuttanad region and the lake is a unique water body, considered to be the country’s longest with a distinct biodiversity. Kumarakom is a pretty village that is situated on the lake’s banks and comprises a set of islands that are ideal for a leisurely holiday. The resort is spread over 18 acres and the cottages are located either on the lake’s banks or perched picturesquely on stilts that rise out of the water. All of them are surrounded by water and offer peace and serenity to visitors.
