• Cancellation of booking done more than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 90 % amount would be refunded to the customer.
• Cancellation of booking done more than 7 days and less than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 50 % amount would be refunded to the customer.
• Cancellation of booking done in less than or equal to 2 days prior to check-in date; no refund would be given to the customer.
