Issacs Residency is owned by K.P. Issac and Sons Pvt. Ltd, a pioneer business house of Kerala. Issacs Residency, (a three-star hotel approved by the Department of Tourism, Govt of India), started its operations about 20 years back. This premium hotel was renovated recently to include many modern facilities. It is located on a hillock, overlooking the picturesque town of Munnar.
